Workshop & Class Policies

Workshop Policies

Thank you for your interest in attending a RockIt Crystals & Oddities workshop! I strive to create a fun, welcoming, and hands-on experience for every participant. Please review the following policies before registering.

Registration & Payment

  • Full payment is required to reserve your seat unless otherwise stated.
  • Your spot is not guaranteed until payment has been received.
  • Workshops have limited seating and registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Workshop registrations are non-refundable.

Workshop materials are purchased and prepared in advance, and each registration reserves a limited seat in class. Because of this, cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts or changes in personal circumstances are not eligible for a refund.

If RockIt Crystals & Oddities must cancel a workshop for any reason, participants will be given the option of a full refund or transferring their registration to a future workshop.

Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can begin on time. Late arrivals may miss important instruction.

Experience Level

Unless otherwise noted, workshops are beginner-friendly. You’ll be guided through each step while still having the freedom to create a piece that’s uniquely your own.

Materials

All materials needed to complete your project are included unless otherwise stated.

You’re welcome to bring small personal items such as crystals, pressed flowers, or meaningful keepsakes if you’d like to incorporate them into your design (space permitting).

Respect for Specimens

Many workshops include real preserved butterflies, moths, insects, bones, or other natural materials. These specimens are delicate and should be handled with care. Proper handling techniques will be demonstrated during class.

While every effort will be made to help you handle your specimen safely, accidental damage can happen. Due to the nature and availability of these materials, specimens that are broken or damaged during the workshop cannot be replaced.

Photography

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during workshops for social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let me know before class begins.
