Shipping policy

I ship to the address you provide at time of checkout. PLEASE be sure to give me the correct address. Not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly supplied addresses. 

Current processing time for regular orders (without any special items such as mystery boxes or any other items where noted processing may take longer) are 2-10 business days after payment is received. Some of my items may have to be cleansed or finished. 

Items ship USPS first class / Priority, with tracking number for domestic orders. I strongly recommend that you add a signature confirmation to your order, this way the mailman won’t just leave it at your doorstep, they will have to require a signature from you. If you would like insurance and/or signature confirmation added to your order please contact us so we can invoice you for it as it is something we do not offer for free with orders. 

Thanks to Route you can now add protection/insurance to your order without having to contact me. Cost of this add-on will be the responsibility of the buyer. If you purchased Route protection and anything went wrong during the shipping process the buyer will have to reach out to Route and submit a claim via them and not the seller (me).


I am not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages so please follow your tracking number. If such case were to happen contact your local post office and dispute a lost/stolen package case. 

Once the package leaves our location and is scanned by the post office, it is no longer in our hands and we are no longer responsible for it.
