DIY Oddities Coffin Terrarium Kit Butterfly & Botanical Oddities Kit - PREORDER

Picture your own tiny little world tucked inside a coffin created completely by you, with all the strange and pretty little things gathered together and ready to bring it to life.

After teaching people how to create their own oddities pieces in my workshops, I wanted to make something for those who can’t make it to a class, live too far away, or simply want a crafty night at home. Think of it as a little piece of the workshop experience, sent straight to your door.

Each kit is individually curated and gives you everything you need to create your own coffin terrarium except adhesive, while still leaving plenty of room to make the finished piece completely your own.

Each kit includes:

✨One real small-to-medium butterfly specimen

✨Preserved and dried botanicals

✨Moss

✨Step-by-step printed instructions with my own tips and tricks for assembling your piece

You’ll also choose your botanical color palette: Red • Purple • Pink • Beige/Neutral • Orange

Your butterfly will be artist’s choice and selected at random from my available inventory. Species, coloration and exact size will vary, so every kit will be a little different.

And of course, you’re encouraged to dig through your own collection and add anything that feels like you: crystals, bones, trinkets, keepsakes, charms or whatever other tiny treasures you’ve been saving for the right project.

PLEASE NOTE: Adhesive is NOT included. I personally use and recommend E6000, and the included instructions are written around that method. A hot glue gun can also be used if preferred.

This is a limited first release of preorder kits. Each kit will be curated and prepared specifically for your order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks processing time before shipment.

Product photos are examples. Because these kits contain real specimens, dried botanicals and individually selected materials, the contents of your kit will naturally vary from what is pictured.
