She’s lush and botanical at first glance, with just enough of a surprise hiding among the greenery.

I wanted the black widow to feel like she had been discovered in her own tiny overgrown world rather than simply put on display. She sits tucked between preserved greenery, moss and soft neutral botanicals beneath the glass, while the oversized gold spider base turns the entire piece into something a little dramatic and unexpected.

She feels like a piece for someone whose home exists somewhere between an overgrown conservatory, an antique cabinet of curiosities and beautifully strange.
